Type IIa Purity
CVD technology allows us to grow diamonds completely free of nitrogen, resulting in the rarest purity level (Type IIa), achieved by only 2% of mined diamonds.
Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)
Our state-of-the-art CVD reactors perfectly mimic the interstellar conditions where diamonds are born. By introducing hydrocarbon gases into a vacuum chamber and breaking down the molecular bonds using high-power microwaves, pure carbon atoms gently precipitate onto a diamond seed plate.
Layer by microscopic layer, the diamond grows upward. This process gives us unparalleled control over the diamond's internal structure, allowing Rachna Export to produce exceptionally clear, large-carat stones with near-perfect color profiles.
High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT)
While CVD excels at exceptional purity, our HPHT facilities replicate the extreme forces found deep within the Earth's mantle. By subjecting pure carbon to immense pressures (up to 1.5 million pounds per square inch) and blistering temperatures (over 2,700°F), we crystallize rough diamonds identical to those mined from the ground.
HPHT is specifically utilized to craft incredibly dense, high-color stones, and is the primary technology we use to create our breathtaking Fancy Color diamonds, including intense yellows, vivid blues, and rare pinks.
